    We kindly request a 24-hour notice of cancelation or reschedule to avoid a full service charge of the treatment price. Group reservations are subject to contracted agreement.

    All spa guests who enjoy a 50 minute service or longer can enjoy access to the Altitude Rooftop & Pool.
  • Valet

    Valet parking at Marriott Marquis Houston is included with any 50-minute spa service. 
  • Age Requirements

    Pure Spa is available to guests 18 and older. 

    Nail services are available for guests aged 5 years or older, with a chaperon. 

    Facial services are available for guests aged 16 and 17 with a parental chaperon, who must be in the treatment room at all times.

  • Service Charge

    There will be a 20% service charge added to every appointment. This will go to your provider, with a small portion split among support staff. Additional gratuities may be given at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding service.
  • Spa Arrival

    Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to begin your relaxation experience. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
  • Spa Attire

    We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing and do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa. A robe and slippers will be provided with any spa appointment, with the exception of nail appointments. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.

    While enjoying our treatments and facilities, we kindly ask that you engage in quiet conversation. When using cell phones and other electronic devices, we ask that you turn them to silent avoid camera usage in the spa to ensure privacy.
